U nderstanding Hiring Needs Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and business goals. Develop tailored recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Ensure alignment between recruitment efforts and company culture. Sourcing and Attracting Talent Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks. Proactively build a talent pipeline for critical roles and future hiring needs. Leverage market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify top talent. Candidate Screening and Evaluation Conduct resume screening, initial phone/video interviews, and competency-based assessments. Assess candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers with detailed evaluation summaries. Interview Coordination Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders. Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the process. Gather and relay interview feedback promptly to both candidates and hiring managers. Offer Negotiation Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to develop competitive compensation packages. Lead salary and benefits negotiations, ensuring alignment with company policies. Provide guidance to candidates on the offer process, addressing any concerns. Onboarding Support Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Facilitate pre-boarding and onboarding activities to enhance the new hire experience. Support employee engagement and retention initiatives. Maintaining Records Keep accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Track recruitment metrics and generate reports to assess hiring effectiveness. Ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment regulations. Staying Current Stay updated with industry trends, hiring best practices, and evolving recruitment technologies. Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies. Continuously enhance recruitment strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Building Relationships Establish strong partnerships with hiring managers, HR teams, and key stakeholders. Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future opportunities. Represent Valenta at industry events, job fairs, and networking forums. Requirements Skills and Qualifications: Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Organizational and Time Management Skills Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Negotiation Skills Expertise in negotiating salary, benefits, and employment terms. Ability to balance candidate expectations with company policies. Knowledge of Recruitment Processes and Best Practices In-depth understanding of sourcing techniques, hiring trends, and compliance regulations. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Experience with ATS software to streamline recruitment workflows. Experience with Social Media and Professional Networks Skilled in leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment tools. Experience in a Recruitment or HR Role Minimum 4+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in technical, non-technical, or executive hiring .
