Senior Recruiter / Team Leader - Sourcing

Kindly note below JD :

Source top talent through various job portals .
Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates.
Coordinate with account managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
Ensure timely communication with both Account Managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Leading the Sourcing team , Preparing weekly reports .
Uploading the data on Company software on daily basis . Also monitor the team's daily tasks .
Giving job portals and company software training to the new team members .
