About the Opportunity:

Senior Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from requisition intake to offer closure – for assigned client accounts.
• Engage directly with hiring managers, HR partners, and business stakeholders to understand talent needs and hiring priorities.
• Source talent through various channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates aligned with job requirements and client expectations.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely feedback collection and smooth communication.
• Manage candidate pipeline and provide regular status updates to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with client processes, SLAs, and documentation standards.
• Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) effectively to maintain candidate records and reporting.
• Monitor key recruitment metrics and share weekly/monthly reports with internal and client teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in an RPO or client-dedicated model.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, or other job boards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics, ATS systems, and Excel-based reporting.
• Strong understanding of recruitment compliance and documentation practices.
• Previous experience working on-site or embedded within a client environment.
