Job Title: Remote Senior Recruiter (Paid Per CV Model) Company: Placement Expert Location: Work-from-Home Work Week: Monday To Saturday (Saturday 10am to 2pm) Industry: Multidomain (IT & Non-IT - both, Africa & GCC & other country roles) Job Overview: We are hiring recruiters to source quality CVs for international roles (mainly Africa & GCC). This is a performance-based role where you get paid for each approved CV and client interview. Key Responsibilities: Source & screen candidates as per the job description Submit quality CVs daily via ATS & email Coordinate interviews and follow-ups Maintain daily communication with your RM (Team Lead) Payout Structure: ₹300–₹600 per approved CV ₹200 per client interview Revenue-based incentives for joinings Requirements: 2+ year recruitment experience (preferred) Strong sourcing skills via job portals (Naukri, Linkedin) Must be available to work daily (full-day preferred) Laptop, internet & WhatsApp mandatory
