Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Drive end-to-end recruitment across Non-IT domains (BFSI, Retails etc.).
Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet business needs.
Perform pre-screening & detailed candidate assessments through calls, interviews, and behavioral evaluations.
Coordinate client interviews (online/offline) and ensure seamless recruitment process.
Build and manage a robust talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
Strengthen client & candidate relationships by delivering timely and quality hiring solutions.
Contribute to continuous process improvements and share best practices with the team.
Collaborate with team Lead to meet targets and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate for this role should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as experience in BFSI recruitment.
