Job Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled HR Leader with 9-10 years of comprehensive experience in human resources management. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing HR initiatives that align with the companys strategic objectives and foster a high-performance culture. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with senior stakeholders to understand leadership talent requirements.

Build and execute recruitment strategies for senior-level roles.

Manage

end-to-end hiring

for leadership and executive positions.

Leverage professional networks, headhunting, and market intelligence to attract top talent.

Ensure a strong candidate experience and maintain long-term talent pipelines.

Work closely with leadership to align hiring with organizational goals.

What We re Looking For

5+ years of proven experience in

leadership hiring / executive search

Strong knowledge of talent mapping and headhunting practices.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders.

Passion for creating impactful leadership pipelines that shape organizations.
