Position Overview:

Senior

This is a critical role responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates for contract and full-time opportunities with our State/federal-level clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for Federal, State and local government clients.

• Screen, qualify, and present candidates to meet client expectations and job requirements.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to align recruiting efforts.
• Review job descriptions and determine candidate fit based on skills and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with documentation and compliance teams to ensure timely onboarding.
• Maintain ATS and VMS updates, tracking submissions, interviews, and placement records.
• Stay updated with vendor processes and client-specific nuances.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience

  focused on

  State/Federal clients or government contracts

  .

• Hands-on experience with a state/Federal client

  is mandatory.
• Prior exposure to

  State/Federal client staffing requirements

  is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, and compliance documentation.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple requisitions efficiently.
• Comfortable working in

  US shift timings (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)
