About the Role

Senior Recruiters

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle specifically for contractual staffing roles.
Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, job specifications, and timelines.
Source candidates through multiple channels including portals, social media, networking, and internal databases.
Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on client needs.
Conduct and coordinate interview processes with clients and candidates.
Maintain accurate records on the ATS and ensure compliance with internal processes.
Build strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure long-term engagement.

Requirements

Proven experience in contractual staffing recruitment (end-to-end).
Strong sourcing skills using job boards, ATS, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.
Hands-on experience and
good knowledge of ATS platforms
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a target-driven environment.
Willingness to work from office full-time in Bengaluru.
