Job Description Lead the development of complex and high-performance web applications using React.js and related technologies. Architect and implement robust and scalable front-end solutions, considering performance, security, and maintainability. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs. Explore and evaluate new technologies and libraries to enhance our front-end capabilities. Contribute to the development of reusable UI components and libraries. Work with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Context API) effectively. Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and other backend services. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of web applications. Participate in agile development methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation. 7+ years of professional experience in front-end web development with a strong focus on React.js. Deep understanding of React.js fundamentals, including component lifecycle, state management, hooks, and virtual DOM. Extensive experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Solid understanding and practical experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or the Context API. Experience with CSS pre-processors (e.g., SASS, Less) and CSS-in-JS solutions (e.g., Styled Components, Emotion). Proven experience in building responsive and mobile-first web applications. Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies for React.js applications (e.g., Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library). Experience with build tools and module bundlers (e.g., Webpack, Parcel). Strong understanding of RESTful API integration and asynchronous programming. Experience with version control systems, preferably Git. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience working in agile development methodologies.
