About the Role

We are seeking a Senior React Native Developer with strong mobile app development experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and the capability to drive end-to-end development independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop high-performance mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices and coding standards.

Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues for a seamless user experience.

Integrate APIs, third-party services, and native modules as needed.

Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and ensure code quality.

Implement CI/CD pipelines and contribute to improving development workflows.

Stay updated with the latest trends, libraries, and frameworks in the React Native ecosystem.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of overall software development experience with at least 5+ years in React Native.

Strong proficiency in React Native, TypeScript, ReactJS.

Experience integrating native modules (Android & iOS) and handling platform-specific development.

Familiarity with mobile UI/UX standards, responsive design, and app performance optimization.

Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend integration.

Proficient in using Git, Jira, and CI/CD tools like Bitrise, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.

Experience publishing apps to App Store and Google Play Store.

Good understanding of Redux, MobX, or other state management libraries.

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹491,547.04 - ₹1,659,196.25 per year
