That said, we are seeking a talented and experienced backend engineer to join our small but dedicated team who fits the following requirements.

Responsibilities

-Technical Leadership & Development

-Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable React.js applications.

-Lead frontend design discussions, ensuring best practices in state management, component reusability, and performance optimization.

-Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.

-Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards.

Performance & Optimization

-Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and SEO-friendliness.

-Implement server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) where applicable (Next.js experience is a plus).

-Diagnose and resolve frontend performance bottlenecks.

Testing & Quality Assurance

-Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).

-Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design compliance.

DevOps & Deployment

-Work with CI/CD pipelines

-Assist in deployment strategies for frontend applications.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills

✔ 4+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

✔ Strong expertise in state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API).

✔ Proficient in TypeScript and component-driven development.

✔ Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.

✔ Familiarity with frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).

✔ Knowledge of CSS-in-JS (Styled Components, Emotion) or utility-first CSS (Tailwind).

✔ Understanding of accessibility (a11y) and security best practices.

Good-to-Have Skills

✔ Experience with Next.js or other React frameworks.

✔ Knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, Express, PHP/Laravel integration).

✔ Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).

✔ Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Soft Skills

✔ Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

✔ Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

✔ Passion for clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
