About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Developer with proven expertise in microfrontend architecture and implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable front-end solutions that integrate seamlessly into our enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable React-based microfrontends.
• Architect and implement modular, reusable, and maintainable UI components.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Define and enforce front-end best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization techniques.
• Integrate microfrontends with backend services and APIs.
• Drive technical discussions and design reviews for frontend architecture.
• Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing within the team.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex frontend issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–9 years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SCSS.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience in microfrontend architecture design and implementation (e.g., Module Federation, single-spa, Webpack 5).
• Solid understanding of frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, Vite, etc.).
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Recoil, Zustand, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs / GraphQL integration.
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies for microfrontends.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with performance optimization and web accessibility standards.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Prior experience in mentoring and leading a small development team.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
