Job Purpose

To lead and oversee quality assurance activities with a strong focus on process engineering in manufacturing /toy manufacturing, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, customer-specific requirements, and customer audit standards. To drive continuous improvement, resolve quality problems, and provide training to enhance workforce skills and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Assurance & Process Control

· Develop, implement, and monitor in-process quality control Tools.

· Ensure compliance with process engineering parameters to achieve consistent product quality.

· Review and approve process documentation, inspection reports, and quality records.

2. Audit Compliance & Customer Requirements

· Lead ISO 9001 internal audits and facilitate external certification audits.

· Prepare and coordinate for customer audits, including FCCA, Walmart, and other retailer-specific requirements.

· Ensure compliance with customer-specific quality standards and reporting protocols.

3. Quality Problem Solving & Improvement

· Investigate quality issues using root cause analysis tools (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.).

· Implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality concerns.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, scrap, and rework.

4. Customer Quality & Support

· Act as the primary contact for customer quality issues and technical queries.

· Prepare and submit quality performance reports to customers.

· Conduct on-site customer visits and support complaint resolution.

5. Training & Workforce Development

· Develop and deliver quality training programs for new operators and inspectors.

· Training employees on process control, inspection methods, and defect prevention techniques.

6. Documentation & Reporting

· Maintain quality documentation in compliance with ISO 9001 and customer standards.

· Prepare monthly quality reports and present to management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
