Senior QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, write, and execute detailed manual test cases based on product specs and business needs.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand features and validate functionality.
• Identify, document, and follow up on bugs with clear reproduction steps.
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint goals.
• Maintain and improve QA documentation, standards, and processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Skilled in creating comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar bug/test management systems.

Good to Have

• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, etc.).
• Exposure to performance testing (e.g., JMeter) or security testing concepts.
• Familiarity with developing and executing basic automation scripts.
• Understanding of performance or security testing principles and tools is a plus.
