Overview: We are looking for a talented QA Engineer with expertise in Automation Test Engineer with 6+ years of experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts. The ideal candidate will help in creating comprehensive test strategies, writing and executing test cases, and driving automation initiatives to ensure high-quality software delivery. This role requires a proactive approach to improving the overall quality assurance process and experience in client communication and leading QA teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, enhance, and maintain test automation scripts for web, mobile, and backend systems.

2. Implement and manage automated test frameworks for UI, API, and regression testing.

3. Collaborate with developers to ensure test coverage and help identify bugs early in the development cycle.

4. Conduct code reviews for test scripts and contribute to best practices in automation.

5. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.

6. Document test results, generate reports, and assist in continuous test integration.

7. Work with CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated tests into the build and deployment process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Experience in both Automation and Manual Testing, with a strong focus on ensuring software quality, reliability, and performance.

2. Proficient in test automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG and Junit.

3. Strong programming skills in Java programming.

4. Good Understanding of Agile Methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD) Experience with API testing tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or SoapUI.

5. Good understanding of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI.

6. Knowledge of bug tracking systems like JIRA or Azure DevOps.

7. Strong Communication Skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
