We are seeking a seasoned Senior QA Delivery Lead to oversee and drive quality assurance initiatives across multiple projects in a dynamic mid-sized IT environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in QA methodologies, test automation, and delivery management, ensuring high-quality software delivery aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead QA strategy, planning, and execution across multiple projects and teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, Product Management, and DevOps to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC.
Define and implement QA best practices, processes, and tools tailored to project needs.
Manage and mentor QA teams, ensuring continuous skill development and performance improvement.
Drive test automation initiatives and CI/CD integration to enhance delivery speed and reliability.
Monitor and report on quality metrics, defect trends, and test coverage to stakeholders.
Manage risks and issues related to quality and delivery timelines.
Participate in client meetings, providing QA insights and delivery updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
10–15 years of experience in QA, with at least 3–5 years in leadership or delivery role.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Postman,Rest Assured etc.).
Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail).
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
Experience in cloud-based testing (AWS, Azure).
Exposure to performance and security testing tools.
Experience working with offshore/onsite delivery models.
