Legal & Contracting Associate

As a Contract Specialist at OpsTree, you will play a crucial role in ensuring legal and business compliance through meticulous drafting, reviewing, and managing various commercial agreements. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records of contracts, collaborating with internal teams, and liaising with stakeholders for smooth negotiation and execution of agreements. You will be responsible for handling the legal aspects of vendor onboarding and engagement, abstracting contract summaries for internal audits, and actively participating in client negotiations to resolve legal concerns. Additionally, you will ensure structured storage and retrieval of Statements of Work and legal agreements in centralized repositories, as well as monitor and manage renewal timelines for agreements.
