Your main responsibilities will include reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts throughout their life cycle. You will work closely with the Sales and Client Servicing teams to ensure timely document closure. Daily tasks will involve maintaining control over the internal legal tracker for documentation status review and reporting. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing Vendor/Third Party Contracts, Scope of Work (SOWs), Purchase Orders (POs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). You will also draft and send Legal Notices to Debtors and provide support to the organization in compliance and ad hoc legal matters.
