SENIOR QA AUTOMATION ENGINEER

SENIOR QA AUTOMATION ENGINEER is needed to perform the following duties:Leads test automation efforts, mentors team members, and fosters a productive work environment. This includes initiating automation projects, setting technical direction, and coaching junior engineers. Defines automation strategy and selects appropriate technologies to align with product roadmap goals. Involves evaluating tools, setting standards, and aligning automation with business objectives. Develops and maintains test automation frameworks and scripts. Includes designing reusable components, integrating with CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring scalability. Reviews requirement specifications and technical designs to create test plans and scripts. Ensures coverage of functional and non-functional requirements. Participates in design and code inspections. Reviews code for quality, performance, and adherence to standards. Analyzes test logs, generates reports, and coordinates with stakeholders. Involves identifying issues, documenting results, and communicating findings. Collaborates with development and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis. Works across teams to resolve issues and improve system reliability. Adds business value to agile teams through active participation in all phases of development. Engages in sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with offshore teams to ensure smooth delivery. Coordinates across time zones, manages dependencies, and ensures alignment. Bachelor's Degree is required in Computer Science or Software Engineering or Information Technology or Electrical Engineering.
