Senior QA Analyst - Salesforce CPQ Testing

Job Title : Senior Salesforce CPQ QA : Level : 8- 10 Type : Period : immediate to 30 days Max. Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce CPQ QA Analyst with 810 years of overall experience in software quality assurance, including at least 45 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) testing. Responsibilities The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, demonstrate expertise in end-to-end CPQ testing processes, and excel in stakeholder communication and project Responsibilities : Lead the QA efforts for Salesforce CPQ implementations and enhancements. Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for Salesforce CPQ modules. Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of CPQ processes (Product Configuration, Pricing, Quote Generation, Approvals, etc. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and external stakeholders to gather requirements and provide QA insights early in the development cycle. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure all test artifacts are properly documented and maintained in test management tools (e. , JIRA, TestRail). Drive automation strategy and implement automation scripts using tools like Selenium or Provar (preferred). Identify and track bugs and ensure closure in collaboration with the development team. Handle stakeholder communication, provide status updates, and manage QA-related project deliverables and risks. Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to QA process Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8- 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance with at least 4 years in Salesforce CPQ testing. Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ processes, data model, and integration points. Experience with Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Expertise in testing APIs, Salesforce Flows, Lightning Components, and integrations. Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Experience using test management and defect tracking tools like JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, etc. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
