Overview of the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PR Executive to manage the PR mandate for a leading bathroom brand in close coordination with Crescent Group leadership and the PR Agency Partner. The role focuses on execution, quality control, and coordination to ensure the mandate is delivered smoothly and effectively.


Responsibilities:

⦁ Act as the day-to-day liaison between Crescent Group, the leading bathroom brand, and the PR Agency Partner for all PR-related matters

⦁ Review PR documents (press releases, pitch notes, briefing documents, media opportunities, and campaign materials) before client submission

⦁ Provide edits, feedback, and quality checks to ensure alignment with the brand’s guidelines and communication tone

⦁ Condense and streamline briefs for efficient execution by the PR Agency Partner.

⦁ Oversee timelines and deliverables to ensure campaigns stay on track with agreed KPIs

⦁ Monitor campaign quality and share relevant market insights to strengthen messaging

⦁ Prepare for reviews, reports, and weekly/monthly meetings, ensuring leadership’s time is optimally utilized

⦁ Maintain organized documentation of PR activities and media coverage


What You Need to Qualify for This Role

⦁ Over 7 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or media coordination

⦁ At least 2-3 years’ experience working at a PR agency (preferably a mix of agency and brand)

⦁ Strong communication skills (spoken and written)

⦁ Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail

⦁ Strong media relationships with Corporate, Business, Lifestyle media

⦁ Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously

⦁ Experience in reviewing and refining PR/communication materials

⦁ Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across internal teams, clients, and agencies

⦁ Knowledge of media and PR reporting tools is an advantage

⦁ A proactive, resourceful, and structured approach to work
