Key Responsibilities:
1. Media Relations:
1. Support in maintaining media lists and tracking journalist interactions.
2. Coordinate with PR agency for story placements, follow-ups, and queries.
3. Assist in pitching stories and tracking coverage across platforms.
4. Reviews daily news reports and maintain PR dashboards with help of tracking tools
2. Content Development:
1. Content analysis of press releases, media kits, speeches, Q&A briefs, and other PR materials.
3. Event Management & Industry engagement:
1. Support the planning and execution of press conferences, media briefings, product launches, and corporate events.
2. Coordinate logistics and media presence at events.
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
1. Liaise with internal teams (e.g., marketing, CSR, social media) to align PR efforts with overall business objectives.
2. Support leadership with speaking opportunities, awards, and thought leadership initiatives.
5. Reporting & Analysis:
1. Track and analyse PR campaign performance using media monitoring tools.
2. Prepare monthly and quarterly PR reports with insights and recommendations.
