The Senior Proposal Specialist will play a crucial role in the development and submission of high-quality proposals that meet client requirements. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent writing skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to secure new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and submission of proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for proposal development.
• Conduct thorough research on potential clients and industry trends to tailor proposals effectively.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and company standards in all proposal submissions.
• Manage proposal timelines and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality proposals.
• Review and edit proposals for clarity, grammar, and presentation before submission.
• Develop and maintain a repository of proposal templates, best practices, and lessons learned.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6-9 years of experience in proposal development, business development, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Strong analytical and research skills to understand client needs and industry landscapes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with stakeholders.
