Bid Manager

Key

• Manage the end-to-end bid process.
• Responding to reactive and proactive bids/opportunities.
• Prepare and review the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer.
• Responsible for proposal preparation, ensuring quality, compiling bids & submitting in a timely manner.
• Track Tenders/RFPs for new bids/design competitions.
• Manage bidding process, form consortia with partner firms, prepare bid documents, and follow up with clients/partners till bid submission.
• Prepare Pre-Bid Meeting Questionnaire and validate with the pre-bid minutes.
• Compilation of the Technical and Financial Bid.
• Process Tender Fee, EMD, and follow up till the end.
• For successful bids, manage work delivery between partners and the internal team.
• Scan selected target markets for opportunities and identify partners for strategic tie-ups.
• Play a support role for the marketing and sales team to gather intelligence on recent and upcoming bids and tenders.

Requirements:

• Must have 2+ years experience in Bid, tender, RFP in System Integration, IT/Manpower, Website Development/Mobile Application, Social Media, BPO/Call Centre.
• Prior experience in GeM and other government bid portals.
• Good knowledge of RFPs is required.
• Strong relationships with OEMs are preferred.
