Proficiency in project management and execution is essential. Hands-on exposure in technical know-how and an out-of-the-box approach for solution formulation, as well as experience in customer interaction and issue resolution, are critical. Possessing a project management certification (e.g., PMP), exposure to handling large projects, team building, task management, and open issues and risk management skills are advantageous.
