Position: ServiceNow Project Manager

Experience: 10+ Years
Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad (Hybrid)(2 Days Working from Office)Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

Techila is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale ServiceNow programs across multiple modules ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and ITAM. The ideal candidate will have strong project governance, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Lead planning and delivery of ServiceNow implementations within defined timelines and budgets.
Oversee governance, compliance, and quality standards across projects.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and functional teams for successful delivery.
Manage multi-module integrations (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM).
Drive stakeholder engagement and executive communication.
Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Support pre-sales activities scoping, estimation, and proposal creation.
Promote Agile/DevOps and continuous improvement practices.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years in IT Project/Program Management.
Experience managing enterprise-scale ServiceNow programs with distributed teams.
Strong grasp of ServiceNow lifecycle (requirements deployment hypercare).
Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Proven financial, resource, and stakeholder management skills.
Working knowledge of ITIL v4 and Enterprise Service Management.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications: PMP / PRINCE2 / PMI-ACP, ITIL v4, and ServiceNow CSA or CIS.
Experience in multi-vendor or global delivery environments.
