Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our team! This role will play a critical part in coordinating between our Training and Sales teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects, training schedules, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from initiation to completion.
• Act as a bridge between the Sales Team (client onboarding, requirement gathering) and Training Team (resource planning, training delivery).
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Ensure all stakeholders are updated with project status, changes, and deliverables.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Maintain high standards of client satisfaction through timely communication and quality delivery.
• Prepare project reports and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in training, consultancy, or B2B services.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
