Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end

  NPD packaging process

  , including design, sourcing, prototyping, approvals, and production.
• Finalize packaging elements for perfumes and other products, ensuring quality, compliance, and brand alignment.
• Identify, negotiate, and maintain relationships with vendors (Glass, Perfume Bottles, Printing, Packaging Suppliers).
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to ensure packaging aligns with brand aesthetics and positioning.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate a small team responsible for packaging execution and vendor management.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring timely product launches.
• Continuously evaluate vendor performance and explore innovative packaging solutions.
  

Requirements : -

• Bachelors degree

  in any relevant field;

  Diploma in Packaging

  preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in

  NPD packaging operations

  , ideally in

  perfumes, beauty, or FMCG

  .
• Strong

  vendor network

  in glass bottles, perfume bottles, and creative packaging suppliers.
• Excellent

  project management and coordination skills

  , with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Well-spoken, confident, and capable of leading cross-functional teams.
• Eye for

  design, aesthetics, and quality

  .
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
