Job Title: Project Manager – Solar Energy (3+ Years Exp.) Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and deliver solar energy projects within scope, budget, and timelines. Coordinate with design, procurement, installation, and commissioning teams. Manage on-site execution including civil, electrical, and structural work. Prepare and maintain project documentation including DPRs, BoQs, schedules, and reports. Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality checks, and regulatory compliance. Conduct site surveys, feasibility analysis, and technical assessments as needed. Provide regular project updates to the management and stakeholders. Supervise O&M (operation and maintenance) teams post-commissioning where required. Candidate Requirements: Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Civil Engineering (or related discipline) Experience: Minimum 3 years in project management of solar/renewable energy projects (mandatory) Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, site execution, and project life cycle Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills Proficiency in MS Project/Excel/AutoCAD and solar design tools.
