Roles and Responsibilities: As Senior Project Manager SAP you are responsible for the planning and coordination of all SAP projects on an international scale. Work on full lifecycle SAP projects from blueprint to implementation. Be heavily involved in the rollout of the upcoming s/4 HANA implantation. You'll act as a point of contact for both internal company teams, and external providers. Communicating with c-suite level employees and senior stakeholders. Structure complex topics according to requirements and plan their implementation in line with our IT and business strategy. Be autonomous in your work without constant supervision and micro-management. Identifies business development opportunities within existing clients Partners with client teams to evaluate business and technology landscapes Able to build credibility and gain 'trusted advisor' status with the key client project team members and senior stakeholders due to understanding of the whole delivery proposition Negotiates with a diverse range of stakeholders to obtain a formal agreement of requirements and manage competing priorities and conflicts Accountable for end-to-end delivery of complex/multiple projects collaborating across the programme and client teams ensuring alignment of programme and business objectives Flexible to travel to client or other Helixr office locations as and when required. Experience Required: 15+ years of experience in SAP Project Management / Delivery Manager role 5+ years of industry experience Experience in SD, MM, FI, or CO. Experience working on international SAP projects. Experience working with S/4HANA transformation projects. Experience with project management methodologies such as waterfall, Scrum, Kanban Educational requirements: PRINCE 2 / AGILE certification with Demonstrable Project Methodology and Delivery Framework skills alongside those of deploying ERP or digital technologies at the leadership level Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics or computer science Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, interpersonal and influencing skills. Proven analytical and problem resolution skills and demonstrable planning and organisational skills
