Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager – MEP to lead and manage the coordination, and execution of MEP systems for large-scale hospital construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth technical knowledge, hands-on project delivery experience, and strong leadership capabilities to manage multidisciplinary MEP teams across all project phases—from concept design to final commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

· Lead the overall planning, coordination, and execution of MEP systems across multiple high-value projects.

· Prepare and manage MEP project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

· Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines and quality standards.

· Coordinate with civil and architectural teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP services.

· Review and validate MEP designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure alignment with project requirements and local/international codes (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC).

2. Execution Oversight:

· Oversee on-site execution of MEP systems including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, electrical, BMS, and ELV systems.

· Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

· Supervise installation, testing & commissioning activities.

· Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to meet project timelines and standards.

3. Stakeholder Management:

· Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

· Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and risk assessments to senior management and clients.

· Resolve technical and commercial issues promptly and professionally.

4. Team Leadership & Development:

· Lead and mentor a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians.

· Conduct regular performance reviews and provide technical training when needed.

Technical Skills:

· Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, MS Project, Primavera P6

· Strong understanding of international and local building codes and standards

· Advanced knowledge of MEP systems integration and coordination

Soft Skills:

· Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

· High attention to detail and problem-solving ability

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
