*Job Summary:*

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Sr Project Coordinator to join our team for our Skills Development Project for Persons with Disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely batch formation, mobilization, training, and placement, as well as team handling.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Ensure timely batch formation and mobilization for the project

- Coordinate with training partners and stakeholders

- Oversee training and placement activities

- Handle and manage a team to achieve project goals

- Monitor and report on project progress

*Requirements:*

- Experience in project coordination, preferably in skills development or disability sector

- Strong communication and team management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

*Location:* Indore & Thane
