Senior Project Manager (Interiors_Commerical segment)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of commercial interior projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality control. This role requires strong leadership in handling multiple large-scale office, retail, hospitality, or institutional fit-out projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities1. Project Leadership & Execution

• Plan, lead, and execute full lifecycle of interior fit-out projects from kickoff to handover
• Drive execution as per design drawings, client requirements, and contractual terms
• Ensure timely mobilization of resources and effective project scheduling

2. Stakeholder & Client Coordination

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, architects, and vendors
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders and present status reports
• Ensure smooth client communication and conflict resolution

3. Team Management

• Manage site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors
• Delegate tasks and monitor daily progress across multiple project sites
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior project team members

4. Budget & Cost Control

• Monitor project costs, prepare estimates, and control expenditures
• Review contractor/vendor bills and approve as per work completion
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality

5. Quality & Safety Compliance

• Implement strict quality control and safety protocols at all project sites
• Ensure work is done as per approved materials, drawings, and specifications
• Oversee inspections, snagging, and final handovers

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate project documentation, progress trackers, and compliance logs
• Submit weekly/monthly MIS reports to senior management

Key Skills & Competencies

• Proven expertise in executing commercial interior projects end-to-end
• Strong technical knowledge of civil, MEP, modular, and architectural finishes
• Excellent project planning, scheduling, and resource management skills
• Strong vendor and contractor management abilities
• Proficient in MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, and Excel
• Effective communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage fast-track projects

Preferred Experience

• Office spaces, corporate campuses, retail chains, showrooms, co-working spaces, hospitality
• Exposure to LEED/green building norms (optional)
• Experience in turnkey execution, fit-out contracting, or working with PMC firms

Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: As per industry standards / Negotiable
Travel: Frequent travel to project sites as required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹1,150,000.00 per month
