Senior Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

1) Lead and manage the complete software development lifecycle from requirement gathering to final delivery

2) Coordinate between cross-functional teams including developers, QA, UI/UX, and stakeholders

3) Plan, execute, and deliver multiple software projects on time and within defined scope

4) Oversee and ensure smooth implementation of software solutions across all required platforms or clients

5) Mentor and guide team members to enhance performance and maintain high-quality output

6) Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues in a timely manner

7) Ensure adherence to project standards, compliance, and best practices

8) Manage project documentation, timeline tracking, and resource planning

9) Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders regarding project updates, changes, and reporting

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements

1) Minimum 18 years of experience in software development and project management

2) Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SDLC (Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall models)

3) Proven track record of handling enterprise-level software projects from planning to implementation

4) Excellent team management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

5) Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

6) Technical background in software development (Preferred: Java, .NET, or other relevant platforms)

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred

Experience working in multi-domain environments is an added advantage
