Job Purpose: The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects related to WAF Security. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Essential Functions: Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project success. WAF Security Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of WAF security services. Manage deployments and migrations of WAF services. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate project progress. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives. Track project expenses and ensure financial accountability. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation. Generate reports on project performance and outcomes. Provide recommendations for future projects based on lessons learned. Experience with support of enterprise environments including hybrid. Manage the security/application, including provisioning, configuration, and administration of services utilizing ITIL processes. Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide end-user training and support. Participate in project planning, testing, and deployment strategies and activities. Flexible work rotation Education Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent Certifications, Accreditations, Licenses Project Management certification (or equivalent) required. Preferred if any one of the certifications is available - CEH / CISSP / AWS / Microsoft Cloud certifications Experience 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on network infrastructure. Not must but good to have : Strong understanding of security technologies, including WAF, CDN, DNS Project management certification (e.g., SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
