About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong technical understanding and full end-to-end project management experience. You will handle multiple projects, lead teams, manage clients, and ensure smooth, on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Define project scope, timelines, resources, and objectives.
Plan and manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and resolve risks or blockers on time.
Maintain dashboards, reports, and weekly project updates.
Lead technical discussions with developers and QA teams.
Run daily stand-ups, weekly reviews, and client meetings.
Ensure high project quality, documentation, and timely delivery.
Act as the primary client contact for communication and expectations.
Mentor junior team members and promote an ownership culture.
Identify upsell or improvement opportunities within ongoing projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of IT project management experience.
Experience managing multiple projects at once.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and technical concepts.
Experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar.
Excellent English communication and analytical skills

Preferred (Good to Have)

PMP or CSM certification.
Experience working with US clients or in a global delivery model.
Exposure to pre-sales, SOW creation, and project scoping.
