Role OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on Project Executive to coordinate, manage, and execute new outlet openings across Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be execution-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders — from vendors to landlords to internal teams. Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Outlet Launch: Coordinate all activities required for timely opening of new abCoffee outlets (kiosks, capsules, hole-in-wall formats). Vendor & Contractor Management: Liaise with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure quality and timely execution. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with design, operations, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure smooth handover of outlets. Site Readiness: Monitor site progress, resolve on-ground issues, and ensure adherence to technical specifications, timelines, and budgets. Compliance & Approvals: Manage local authority permissions, landlord NOCs, and internal compliance requirements. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain trackers, project dashboards, and weekly progress reports for management review. RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, retail rollouts, F&B expansion, or related fields. Based in Mumbai with flexibility to travel to sites frequently. Strong execution mindset — proactive, agile, and problem-solving. Hands-on project management skills with knowledge of vendors, construction, or retail fit-outs. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Ability to work under tight timelines in a fast-scaling startup environment.
