**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a B.Tech Civil Engineer with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in project management, specializing in interior design and construction projects, your primary focus will be on 5-star hotel projects. You are expected to have a strong technical knowledge of interior design principles, construction methods, and materials. Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Primavera, MS Project, and Procore is essential. Your excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills will be crucial in effectively managing teams, subcontractors, and vendors in a fast-paced construction environment.
