Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure timely communication among engineering, procurement, site execution, and commissioning teams. Liaise with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal departments to track progress and resolve site-level or logistical issues. Monitor project schedules and milestones using project tracking tools and software. Assist in preparing technical documentation, progress reports, and site activity updates. Ensure that all work complies with industry standards, company policies, and safety regulations. Maintain and organize project files, contracts, permits, and drawings. Track material delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning timelines. Schedule and conduct regular site inspections or virtual meetings to track work status. Coordinate manpower mobilization with HR and contractors as per project requirement. Escalate project risks and bottlenecks to the project manager with proposed solutions. Support in post-project documentation, client handover, and performance review.
