Senior Project Consultant Operational Leads

Job Summary:

We are looking for strategic and operational leads who will support the Project Director in achieving our objectives in Andhra Pradesh as a consultant. The successful candidates will have a strong background in enterprise development, project management, and stakeholder engagement, with a passion for driving outcomes in a fast-paced environment. The job requires extensive travel within the state.

About Us:

mByom is expanding its operations into Andhra Pradesh to foster the creation of a robust enterprise ecosystem within the state in collaboration with the Andhra Pradesh Government. We are seeking committed and mission-driven professionals to support our transformational initiatives aimed at promoting enterprise development and economic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Project Director in implementing initiatives focused on:

- Dynamic Data and Digital Enablement

- Infrastructure utilization (Parks and Common Facility Centres)

- Financial Assistance

- Market linkage, digital market platforms, and Export Promotion

- Capacity Building and Innovation through Communities of Practice (CoP)

- Collaborate with government departments, private sector entities, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives

- Develop and implement project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of outcomes

- Engage with stakeholders to build partnerships and drive collaboration

- Analyze data and provide insights to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes

Requirements:

- Master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (engineering, finance/accounts, IT, public policy, economics, data analytics, markets, communication, business administration, development studies, etc.) from a reputed institution

- 10-15 years of sector experience in executing and delivering measurable outcomes with government departments, the armed forces, or the private sector, with a focus on:

- Cluster Development

- Project Management & Implementation

- Scheme Guideline development

- Stakeholder Management

- Business Process

- Strong understanding of enterprise development, project management, and stakeholder engagement

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Fluency in MS Office and proficiency in technology

- Ability to read and write Telugu

- Based in Andhra Pradesh, with willingness to travel extensively within the state

Preferred Candidates:

- Those who have completed Short Service Commission with the Armed Forces

- Those who have prepared and written UPSC examinations

- Candidates with experience in cluster development, project management, and stakeholder engagement in Andhra Pradesh or similar contexts
