Job Summary: We are looking for strategic and operational leads who will support the Project Director in achieving our objectives in Andhra Pradesh as a consultant. The Consultant will provide critical support in executing the strategic and operational initiatives related to MSME infrastructure development, financial enablement, market integration, and capacity building as per government mandates in Andhra Pradesh. The role requires a proactive individual with practical experience in government organizations or civil consultancy firms, capable of working with multi-stakeholder environments and contributing towards large-scale rural economic transformation. • Spl consideration for UPSC Aspirants, Ex-Servicemen/Veterans, CA Intermediate, NCC/NSS experience. Key Responsibilities: • Data Management and Strategy Support. • Assist in integrating and analyzing dynamic datasets (EB, GST, ESI, SC/ST, BC registration) for geographic, demographic, and sectoral targeting of MSME and employment programs. • Support preparation of data-driven policy inputs and analytical reports for strategic planning and execution. • Participate in dashboard design, data consolidation, survey data refinement, and preparation of publications. • Infrastructure and Cluster Enablement • Support planning and monitoring of MSME industrial parks, agro parks, and Common Facility Centres (CFCs). • Coordinate site visits, liaise with district stakeholders and vendors for park and cluster development. • Assist in rollout planning of infrastructure development initiatives and digital monitoring systems. • Financial Enablement • Facilitate integration of financial schemes, credit guarantee programs, and value chain financing. • Assist preparation of notes and partnership documents for financial institutions (SIDBI, NABARD, etc.). • Support financial literacy initiatives and disbursement tracking for MSME financing programs. • Market Access and Promotion • Assist facilitation for MSME participation in virtual pavilions and promotion in domestic and international exhibitions. • Support study and definition of market value chains for selected industry clusters. • Help in advisory and outreach activities for market ecosystem integration. • Capacity Building and Community of Practice (CoP) mByom Consulting and Management Services LLP. • Contribute to the formation and engagement of Communities of Practice. • Assist in organizing workshops, onboarding stakeholders, and preparing cadence reports and dashboards for capacity building. • Support promotion of pilot CoP programs and scaling activities. Minimum Qualifications:- • Bachelor's / Post Graduate degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, Social Work, Engineering, Public Administration, or related discipline. • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a government organization or civil consultancy firm working on rural development, MSME, or public sector projects will be encouraged. • Familiarity with government schemes, MSME programs, or rural enterprise development preferred. • Experience with data analysis, report writing, and stakeholder coordination highly desirable.
