Senior Programme Manager - CRM Migration

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Programme Manager to lead a complex CRM migration programme for a new client, Entain . While prior experience with Optimove is not required, the candidate must have a deep understanding of CRM migrations and the associated challenges . The role involves managing 6-7 squads and cross-functional teams , ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with business goals. Oversee the end-to-end CRM migration programme, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery. Manage and coordinate 6-7 squads and other key delivery teams. Develop and maintain a programme roadmap , tracking milestones and dependencies. Identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and drive issue resolution across teams. Liaise with senior stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress and challenges. Work closely with technology, operations, and business teams to ensure seamless integration. Implement best practices for programme governance, reporting, and stakeholder management . Key Requirements: 10+ years of experience in programme/project management within large-scale IT transformation projects. Proven track record in managing CRM migrations or other complex digital programmes. Strong experience in Agile delivery , managing multiple squads in a scaled agile environment . Ability to drive strategic decisions while managing execution at a granular level. Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work with senior leadership, tech teams, and business stakeholders . Experience working in fast-paced, complex environments with global teams. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in customer data, marketing automation, or loyalty programmes . Understanding of regulated industries (e.g., gaming, financial services). Prior experience in Hyderabad-based IT delivery teams is a plus.
