Senior Professional – Communications & Engagement

Role Description

(preferably 45 years of age or above / with 15-20+ years of relevant experience)

Qualifications

• Act as a key point of contact between senior management, clients, vendors, internal teams and external partners.
• Prepare, review and deliver written communications (reports, presentations, proposals, emails) that are clear, polished and professional.
• Present and speak confidently in meetings, client-visits, internal briefings.
• Facilitate coordination between sales, supply-chain, production, service and legal/ procurement teams — ensure alignment of messaging and smooth stakeholder liaison.
• Lead the drafting, negotiation, execution and renewal of vendor/service-provider/client agreements and contracts (MOUs, SLAs, vendor contracts) — ensure terms align with company objectives and are compliant.
• Monitor fulfilment and performance under agreements/ contracts, track milestones, enforce deliverables and address deviations.
• Ensure all liaising, contract workflows and stakeholder engagements follow best-practice communication protocols.
• liaison and agreement management best practices.
• Travel as the role may require off-site client or vendor meeting
