The Role

As a Senior Product Owner, you'll embody the customer's voice in our Agile teams, owning the product vision, backlog, and Scrum processes to ensure high-value, iterative delivery. This is a strategic, hands-on position where you'll bridge stakeholders and cross-functional teams, using AI to enhance refinement, user insights, and technical integrations without micromanaging.

What You'll Do

- Define and communicate product vision, roadmaps, and milestones aligned with business objectives, creator needs, and market analysis.

- Manage and prioritize the dynamic product backlog, breaking epics into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria using tools like Jira and Confluence.

- Act as primary liaison for stakeholders, end-users, and teams, facilitating workshops, translating requirements, and providing updates via Scrum ceremonies.

- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and stand-ups to define objectives, inspect increments, and optimize team velocity and quality.

- Conduct user-centered research, competitive analysis, A/B testing, and feedback integration to enhance UX and address real pain points iteratively.

- Measure success with metrics like user adoption, ROI, EBM, and KPIs, analyzing data to inform refinements and pivots.

- Oversee budgets, scope changes, release planning, and go-to-market strategies, ensuring scalability and compliance.

- Evaluate architectures, drive integrations (e.g., cloud-native, AI/ML), and conduct POCs for innovative technologies aligned with DevOps.

- Be accessible for clarifications, mentor junior members, and foster collaboration to resolve issues swiftly.

- Identify risks and opportunities, manage dependencies, and adapt plans to maintain timelines and maximize value.

What You Bring (Non-Negotiables)

- 5-10 years in product development or management, with 3-5 years of provable experience as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Proven experience in software/IT sectors, ideally with B2C/B2B products.

- Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira and Confluence, plus skills in backlog prioritisation, user-centered design, data analytics, and databases (e.g., SQL).

- Familiarity with AI/ML, DevOps, cloud environments (e.g., AWS/Azure), and emerging tech; certifications like CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe POPM preferred.

- Currently based in Bangalore with a short and reasonable commute to Koramangala already to start within 30 days (no relocations).
