At ETS, we believe that measurement fuels human advancement. We're looking for a Senior Product Operations Associate to help bring that vision to life-by supporting the delivery of high-quality products that serve learners and institutions around the world.

What You'll Do

Product Management & Delivery

• Help shape and execute product work plans.
• Lead assigned projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Functional Centers of Excellence (FCEs) to meet service commitments.
• Spot opportunities to improve operations and enhance product performance.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with internal teams, vendors, and partners.

Contract & SLA Fulfillment

• Share regular updates on product operations.
• Support issue resolution and ensure smooth execution.
• Deliver on service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) under the guidance of the Product Operations Manager.

Financial Oversight

• Assist in estimating costs for product operations and enhancements.
• Monitor spending and track budgets.
• Help meet financial goals by managing expenses responsibly.
