At ETS, we believe that measurement fuels human advancement. We’re looking for a Senior Product Operations Associate to help bring that vision to life—by supporting the delivery of high-quality products that serve learners and institutions around the world.
What You’ll Do
Product Management & Delivery
- Help shape and execute product work plans.
- Lead assigned projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with Functional Centers of Excellence (FCEs) to meet service commitments.
- Spot opportunities to improve operations and enhance product performance.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with internal teams, vendors, and partners.
Contract & SLA Fulfillment
- Share regular updates on product operations.
- Support issue resolution and ensure smooth execution.
- Deliver on service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) under the guidance of the Product Operations Manager.
Financial Oversight
- Assist in estimating costs for product operations and enhancements.
- Monitor spending and track budgets.
- Help meet financial goals by managing expenses responsibly.
Integrity & Compliance
- Uphold ethical standards and follow all applicable laws and regulations.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in project management or administrative operations.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for delivering meaningful products that support learning and growth.
