Senior Product Manager

As an experienced Senior Product Manager at Qube Cinema, your role will involve leading the Qube Wire platform, which is a content distribution platform utilized by exhibitors and distributors globally. This strategic leadership position will require you to combine technology, operations, and market growth aspects to drive the product vision, work collaboratively with engineering and business teams, and partner with senior leadership to expand Qube Wire on a global scale. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Qube Wire, ensuring alignment with Qube Cinemas' overall objectives. - Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and subsequent iterations. - Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer insights to identify new opportunities. - Prioritize initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility. - Collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery and maintain high-quality standards. - Identify and drive opportunities for platform scalability, automation, and integration. Stakeholder Management: - Foster strong relationships with exhibitors, distributors, content owners, and technology partners. - Collect, analyze, and synthesize feedback from global stakeholders to guide product direction. - Present product strategies, metrics, and progress updates to C-level executives and other senior stakeholders. - Work with international teams to align regional requirements and ensure a consistent user experience across different markets. Product Marketing & Go-to-Market: - Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product releases and significant updates. - Refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective product launches and customer adoption. - Represent Qube Cinema at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings. - Define success metrics post-launch to evaluate product adoption and market performance. Team Leadership: - Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Product Managers. - Establish scalable product processes and foster a culture of innovation and customer focus. - Act as a cross-functional leader, influencing teams beyond direct reports to drive execution. Required Qualifications: Experience: - Minimum of 8 years in product management, including at least 3 years in a senior or leadership capacity. - 3+ years of team management experience. - Proven track record in managing B2B or enterprise SaaS products. - Demonstrated success in launching and scaling complex technology platforms. - Experience with high-availability or mission-critical systems with strong operational dependencies preferred.
