The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models in production that drive significant business impact. With a passion for data science and a competitive edge demonstrated through Kaggle rankings, you will play a crucial role in advancing our Machine Learning initiatives. What You Will OWN Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to enhance customer loyalty and engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Conduct data exploration and feature engineering to improve model performance. Stay abreast of the latest machine learning techniques and technologies, applying them to solve challenging problems. Evaluate and monitor model performance, making iterative improvements to achieve business objectives. You would make a GREAT FIT if you have : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in building and deploying machine learning models. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R. Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas). Knowledge on cloud computing services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and their machine learning offerings. Proven track record on Kaggle(or similar) with a high ranking, demonstrating expertise in data science competitions. Experience with deep learning/Neural networks (nice to have). Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment. Passion for innovation and a desire to stay at the cutting edge of machine learning and data science. Experience with building and deploying ML models in production. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of reinforcement learning and recommendation systems – Nice to have. Why should you consider us?
