Senior Product Designer

Job overview:

Seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join a dynamic team. Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring an exceptional user experience
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs and features
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals to effectively communicate design ideas
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment
• Stay updated with industry trends and share insights to keep the team at the forefront of design innovation

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions
• Proficiency in design tools such as creo, catia v5, ansys stimulation
• Demonstrated ability to lead design projects and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and strategies

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in a mentoring or leadership role within a design team
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
