Full-time, Monday to Friday – Must attend some meetings outside your time zone

3–6-month contract with strong potential for extension or permanent hire

Senior Product Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Navigate ambiguity by aligning business goals with customer needs to define design vision and strategy
• Drive design solutions from concept to execution using both research and data
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and data scientists
• Create globally scalable and locally relevant experiences
• Contribute to business growth through inclusive and equitable design
• Present ideas and influence decisions across multiple stakeholder groups

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer in Enterprise B2B SaaS/Tech environments

• *Portfolio link required on your resume

  — must show design excellence, strategic thinking, data integration, and user empathy

• *Must have experience in web applications not app focused

• *Must have strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Capabilities across UX, interaction, and visual design - Case studies should be anchored in a clear problem space, not just a UI uplift.
• Ability to contribute to and evolve design systems and UI pattern libraries
• Expertise in responsive, accessible, and web-based product design
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools)
• Experience with Confluence, Jira, or equivalent collaboration/project tools
• Familiarity with user testing platforms and methodologies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience designing for multiple platforms including web and mobile
• Bonus: Experience with localized and RTL (right-to-left) language designs
• Bonus: Skilled in facilitating design-thinking workshops
